Individuazione Sito Idoneo – The facilitator identifies the appropriate site for photovoltaic system development, gathering necessary preliminary data:
- Coordinates of the agricultural land location
- Land registry details
- Urban planning certification
Analisi Sito – La business development aziendale procede a un’analisi preliminare del sito basata sui dati ricevuti dal facilitatore, valutando:
- Landscape constraints.
- Estimated photovoltaic power achievable.
- Solar energy production estimate (STGM).
Preliminary Contract – Se l’analisi del sito dà esito positivo, si procede alla redazione della documentazione propedeutica per l’ottenimento delle necessarie autorizzazioni per la realizzazione dell’impianto:
- Installation permit procedure.
- STGM request.
Contratto Definitivo – All’esito positivo delle autorizzazioni e dell’accettazione STGM, si procede alla stipula del contratto definitivo, confermando che l’impianto è “ready to build”.
